Pure Flow Plumbing work with builders and owner/builders from the design stage through to installation and final fit. It's a great idea to engage the plumbing team from the design part of the build to ensure that you not only ensure the main parts of the build are covered, but potentially any plans for future expansion are taken into consideration such as pools, pool facilities such as showers, taps and toilets.

In this project carried out for Gavin Kennedy an owner/builder building in the Boambee area, design, planning and fitting out of the house from the kitchen to the laundry was accomplished.

Pure Flow Plumbing were contacted for this project to make repairs to a roof which was on its last legs. We firstly made a site inspection and diagnosed the problems.

We ordered and setup the scaffolding to firstly ensure all the relevant safety standards were met by constructing roof railing and scaffold as needed.

The old roofing sheets were removed and replaced with new sheets along with the installation of barge flashing. All gutters were cleaned and washed out and new downpipes were installed.

To complete the project, we removed all waste and debris from the site and ensured that the property was left clean and tidy.

In this project, it was diagnosed that a section of sewer required replacement. The entire pipework was blocked due to the invasion of tree roots.

Firstly we used a diagnostic camera to locate the sections of the pipe which were broken and were invaded by tree roots. This equipment allows us to pinpoint the location of the pipe which is damaged so that when it comes to excavating the pipe, we are able to pinpoint the exact area of the break which saves in not only labour time, but also in the remediation of the site by only needing to excavate the areas required so your property is not disturbed in areas not requiring intervention.

We used an excavator to dig the trench for sewer replacement and upon completion, the yard was remediated and a working sewer was reinstated.

If you live on acreage or in a rural area, having quality serviceable water tanks are an absolute necessity. They are also a requirement for new builds and can be retro fitted to existing homes (with relevant council approvals) to be used in a variety of ways.

In this project we created all the associated pipework to the tanks, levelled and prepared the area and then managed the safe installation of 2 medium sized tanks.

Upon the tanks being set, we installed a system allowing each tank to be isolated to allow servicing of hardware in future and the ability to collect water from different sources (such as a garage roof and a house roof.

Pure Flow Plumbing have 2 sister businesses "Coffs Hot Water" and "Nambucca Hot Water" who specialise in all types of hot water systems including electric & solar.

In this project we removed an existing hot water system which was no longer serviceable and replaced it with a current technology solar hot water system giving the household more than enough hot water along with added energy efficiency resulting in lower power bills.

Roof gutters don't last forever and if you find your gutters rusted through, leaking or coming away from the roof, you should engage Pure Flow Plumbing to provide a quotation to replace your leaking system. In this project we installed a new system, removing all of the old materials from the site and giving the home a fresh new look. It's amazing how much new gutters can make an older home look up to date and give it curb appeal.

Sewer pipes are rarely thought about after installation until they get blocked and leave you with all sorts of problems. In this project we located the block which was along the majority of the length of pipe and had no choice but to excavate the pipe, remove the old one and replace with a new system.

Take a look at the photo, as you can see the pipe was 100% blocked and it could no longer drain a thing!

We ensure we only dig where we need to and go out of our way to ensure the area is carefully reinstated after completion.
